Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring corporate risk, ISO 9001 and ISO 270001 implementation standard, and corporate governance. Analyze corporate risk and governance based on procedure. Supporting information security management and information management function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Risk Management, Information System, Accounting, Economic, or Management
• Having knowledge about risk management fundamentals, governance fundamentals and principles, business and operational process, information security management, risk based operations, and management project skill
• Experienced in risk management area will be an advantage

Issuers Listing Analyst - Information Dissemination (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Processing any update information from issuer or involved stakeholder (hardcopy) in Stock Exchange Announcement
• Responsible as administrator of IDX net (online application for issuer information updating)
• Review and provide input about IDX net to optimize its function
• Review and analyze important aspect in terms of issuer's corporate action (schedule, legal, financial, and accounting aspect)
• Supporting in analyzing the regulation of issuer's corporate action and information dissemination
• Supporting in system development to enhance the working process
• Providing internal database (softcopy), specifically in terms of information dissemination
