HR Officer (HRO)
Responsibilities:

• Area of Responsibility : Performance Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment

Requirements:

• Male
• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Psychology
• Min 2 years experience in: developing concept of Performance Management & Organizational Development, handling recruitment process
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Metro TV Management Development Program (MMDP)
Responsibilities:

• You will be trained, developed intensively and be involved in hands-on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment. You will get a comprehensive training which consists of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major with GPA min. 3.00
• Fresh graduate with max age 26 years old
• Have strong interest in Broadcast / Sales
• Actively involved in organizational activities
• Have strong leadership
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Maintenance Staff - Jakarta

• Requirements:
• Male
• Maximum age of 35
• Education SMK/D3 from Electrical Engineering / electricity Engineering (T. Listrik)
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience, especially in dealing with generators and UPS

Editor (EDT)
Requirements

• Male/Female, max 26 years old
• Min Diploma Degree
• Good knowledge in Editing Software (Avid, adobe premiere, finalcut pro, etc)

Promo Producer (Promo-Prod)
Requirements

• Male or female
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Maximum 32 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as Promo Producer
• Self motivated and godd team player

Graphic Designer (GD)
Requirements

• Male or female, maximum 32 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring in Graphic Design/ Product Design/ Visual Communication Design
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar position
• Good knowledge in Graphic 2D/ 3D and Motion Graphic

News Producer (News-Prod)
Requirements

• Male or female, maximum 38 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year experience as Producer at TV station or a minimum 4 years as Assistant Producer on TV
• Well informed in current issues, organized and detail-oriented
• Has good management skills, shows good teamwork and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Outgoing and communicative

Jr. News Producer (DESK ECONOMY)
Requirements:

• S1 Economy/Business/Math/Statistics
• Experience in Printed Magazine, News Paper, TV or Online min 4 years in economic news
